Systems Haus was founded by Tash Kerrison, an operator with over a decade of experience across business development, real estate, operations, and tourism.

After building and selling her first company — a tourism and property management business — Natasha saw firsthand how common operational bottlenecks, founder-dependence, and delivery chaos were in growing companies.

She created Systems Haus to solve that problem at the operational level — giving founders the structure, systems, and clarity to scale without burning out, dropping quality, or becoming the sole engine of the business.
